Shannon L. Kampa brings a client-centered background to Fedora Fiduciary. Her professional experience includes working directly with individuals and families as the owner of Ellaphun Mobile Notary, a mobile notary service that travels to clients wherever they are, at home, in the hospital, at a care facility, or at the office, to verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize important documents such as powers of attorney, trusts, advance health care directives, and real estate papers.
Through Fedora Fiduciary, Shannon is building on that foundation to support clients who need thoughtful, dependable assistance managing important personal and financial responsibilities. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, careful attention to detail, and respectful service during decisions that can often feel complex or deeply personal.
She is available to serve as trustee, as agent under an advance health care directive or power of attorney, and in financial and health care support roles. Caseloads are kept deliberately small, in line with National Guardianship Association guidance, so that every client gets the attention the appointment deserves.

As the owner of a mobile notary business, Ellaphun Mobile Notary, and a Licensed Professional Fiduciary, helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. My experience working with individuals and families has strengthened my passion for ensuring people feel supported, respected, and well cared for, especially during life’s most important and sometimes challenging transitions.
I have always loved fedoras and what they represent: confidence, individuality, timeless elegance, and a distinctive sense of purpose.
To me, the fedora is more than a hat; it symbolizes the professionalism, compassion, and personal commitment I bring to my work. At Fedora Fiduciary, my goal is simple: to provide trusted guidance, thoughtful care, and peace of mind to the individuals and families who place their trust in me.

Away from the desk
Families are choosing a person, not a firm
Outside of work, I cherish time with my partner, our twin teenage girls, and our three beloved dogs. I enjoy staying active with pickleball, exploring local wineries, relaxing at the beach, and hiking the beautiful trails of the Bay Area. I also love returning to my home state of Minnesota to visit family and reconnect with the place I’ll always call home.
These moments with family, friends, and the outdoors keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and enjoying life’s journey.
